By accessing and using JD Shine Cleaning Services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our services.

Service Provision

JD Shine Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services according to the package selected by the client. Services are performed professionally by qualified staff.

Payments and Cancellations

Payment is due after the service is completed. A $25 deposit is required when scheduling an appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 fee. The deposit will be applied to the current balance due if the service is provided.

Liability and Insurance

JD Shine Cleaning Services is liable for any damage caused by its employees while performing services.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, efforts will be made to resolve the matter directly with the client. If resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute may require mediation or arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting to the website.
